After getting my vehicle repaired by Gerber in Sun Prairie, I noticed there was a scratch made by the company when it was there being repaired. Gerber offered to fix it free of charge and pay for a rental. I arrived on the day of the appointment to no rental car. Gerber said there was a scheduling issue and I’d have to reschedule for the next day. Next day came, I got the rental car and was called the next day by the manager saying my car was ready. My entire experience with Gates Collision from the very start to the completion of work on my vehicle was a smooth process, with excellent customer service and communication from the staff. They handled all the insurance paperwork and made the process effortless on my part. The repairs were done quickly and well done. I was also impressed with how clean the wrap on my vehicle was upon pick up- it was spotless! Very impressed with the entire team and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing them.
