Brought the car in on 1/29. So far, they have pushed the repair completion date back four times. Even better, we've gotten multiple voicemails from the shop saying everything is on track, only to find out when the deadline has passed that the part hasn't even come in yet. I totally get that stuff happens, but the voicemails are dishonest, and make the shop seem completely incompetent. The new completion date is 4/3, more than two months after we brought the car in. I got my car back in a timely manor and they even detailed the inside of my car! Such a pleasant surprise!
They worked on my BMW after a nearby crash, the shop was convenient. I'll never choose them again.
