Never take your car there!! My car came back with more damage than when it got sent in. I took my vehicle in for hail damage and I get it back with front end damage and scuffs everywhere. I should of known to stay away. They first told me they couldn't help me until I told them I got 7,500 to fix the damages from my insurance. Colin told me it shouldn't be more than two weeks. Gates is a terrific repair center! They took our panic and terror and turned it into a worry free transaction. They helped us out with a rental car, and the car we had repaired came back absolutely perfect! Kudos to Colin for making sure we were truly and thoroughly pleased and treated fairly.
