Had my insurance get in contact with Gerber to fix my truck. Someone tried to steal it and broke window, mirror and steering collar. Got a call from Insurance that the estimate was around $600. Hour later got another call from insurance and they said Gerber would not work on truck since it was so old 1993. And they had issues trying to start it and gas leak. Excellent job on our truck. Customer service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this body shop. Hopefully we won't need work done again but if we do, we know who we'll call!
If you want it done right the first time I recommend going elsewhere.
Gerber Collision was selected by my insurance for repairs on my vehicle after an accident on January 26th, it is now April 30th, as of writing this review and I still have not received my vehicle after 3 months. I have been given several reasons for the delays, including one reason that they ordered one part that may take over a month to arrive, yet I when I was told when it did arrive around April 15th, that it will be completed within a week since that was the only repair left to do on the vehicle. Bought my car brand new on march 20. Was hit on march 21st. Insurance company said Gerber was certified Subaru so we took it here. They had my car for 2 weeks and they drove it over 30 miles before I picked it up. I picked it up on a Friday and immediately noticed a very loud humming. Called right away Monday morning. They told me to bring it in on Tuesday. They took it for a drive and said they definitely hear it but its not due to their workmanship.
