I had an item I needed cleaned. I was not told upfront the price of a cleaning and was told that a manager would call me with the details. I didn’t receive a call, so I went to the store. They had already cleaned and boxed my item and the price they told me was extremely expensive. I was shocked and asked why I didn’t receive a call or a price ahead of time. It's one things when your not happy with the high prices at this facility but it's another thing for a staff member to tell you maybe you shouldn't come back since you aren't happy!?!? Sir I know how to take my money else where Om new ro the area and had to search for another company cleaner's and allowed them to complete this last order. You would have thought I was irrate the way he was acting. If your black stay away from here. Our dollars are not wanted..

We took my husbands brand new suit from banana republic in to be dry cleaned before he wore it for the first time. When he picked it up they put a crease in the pants, which he had asked them not to do, they had even put a tag on the belt loop that read no crease. We took them back to be repressed. We went back to pick them up to find red ink stains on both the front and back of the pants. He noticed and pointed it out to them, and left them to be fixed.
