Service department is AWESOME!! We just recently purchased a used 22' GMC Yukon with 100,000 miles on it and it needed to get some regular maintenance items taken care of. We wanted transmission filter and fluid changed and differential fluid changed . . . . I was basically given one option for a vehicle and it wasn’t what I was initially there to look at. I didn’t get a tour or even an offer to look at anything else. I wasn’t told that Gates gets discounts for selling these EV Chevy Equinox’s. This car is not convenient in any way. Dawson asked if I was ready to sign my life away and he wasn’t kidding.
