I keep coming back to this dealership for these reasons: *Paul Bacon is a great salesperson and the main reason I return. Yes, their job is to move vehicles but Paul is an easy going guy who really takes the time to get to know me and answer all my questions. *The Service Department is top notch; friendly, efficient, and no question goes unanswered. *Finance details are streamlined and made easy to understand. *The showroom and waiting lounge areas are spotless; no matter when I’m there.

I highly recommend Gates Nissan! Danny was professional, personable, and attentive. He followed through on what he said he was going to do, and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Steve was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough with the financials and was also great to work with. Both of these guys were straightforward and honest- no BS shady car sales stuff going on at this dealership. I’m very happy we chose Gates and I will definitely choose them again in the future!
