Great customer service!! Recently had my brakes fixed and an oil change by gates auto which is under new ownership Stop by the next day to see about them Checking my right brake They took care of it no questions and free of charge!!

I’ve been coming to Gates for around 2 years and I don’t think you’ll find a better mechanic in Louisville or the state of KY. Everyone who works there is talented and they have a strong sense of taking care of you and your vehicle as if it were their own. They are always very quick and will work harder than anyone to fix your issue and get your vehicle back to you quickly and for a fair value. If you ever need help with a vehicle give them a call!

Wow! Amazing first experience that has 100% won my business! It all started with an early mornign call to their AMAZING front desk man and manager, Steven. I was instantly greeted with warmth and patience as he heard me out and agreed to get me into the shop ASAP.
