Highly recommend going to Gates for any repairs, they are friendly, quick and will give you a fair price. My go-to in Louisville.
Went in there on a recommendation just to see if they could test my battery and the front desk guy says "it's gonna be Monday does this look like autozone to you?" When he could have just easily explained that they do not provide that service openly.
Went in with a specific AC motor issue, there was no upselling or talking around the problem, they told me exactly what I'd need, how much it would cost, and they got it done very quickly.
