I hate to write this, but I must. First, I want to say that I've lived the Highlands for 14 years and took my car to Gates with no problem for the first 8 years of living here. They were honest, loyal, and amazing, but something shifted in the last five years. I took my son's car there to get brakes done and then my truck to get a tire rotation (It had new brakes). Good and Honest auto repair shop
The absolute best auto mechanic! Very professional, honest, efficient, thorough, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. Resolved my son’s car issue quickly after another overpriced chain failed to do so. Gates even explained and showed us what the issue was. Glad we found Gates Automotive! I cannot say enough positive comments about this business! If you have car issues, do yourself a favor and give them a try! You will not be disappointed!
