After purchasing a car from Gates within a month I was experiencing issues with my check engine light coming on.. Okay so someone took mine and my daughters identity got a car they let them leave only to tell them days later they needed my signature. Once they figured out they stole our identity they took the car. But get this.. now my daughter can’t get a car here because they let someone use her info as the main & mine as the co signer? & it’s Sammy that made the “final” decision I guess because she feels hot which she should! Because how does that even happen and why is my daughter getting effected by it now?
Sammy was by far the best. Any problem I had was dealt with professionally and courteously. She kept me updated on the progress and returned texts promptly!

I bought one of their vehicles. After just one week it decided to have issues and just quit running. I was told if anything was ever wrong to give them a call. I gave them a call and they said well sorry you bought it and that is "as is" there's nothing we can do. I'm glad I could be a source of income for you while I'm sitting here with an expensive paper weight and bill. I will never be doing business with these people again and recommend everyone to be cautious with them.
