Lived here for year. Through the end of 2024- January 2026. Its been 3 months since we left and we have been told we will get our full deposit back. We have not recieved our deposit. Office staff keeps telling us, every week, to call back Thursday. We have to call from random numbers just to get them to answer the phone. They are clearly trying to keep our money. My experience so far with the staff at the Citiplace was great. They all show levels of professionalism.
Review update: Still love this place!! I had a couple of small things that needed fixed and the response time was within an hour. The maintenance team is great and always on it!! My pup gives them 4/4 Paws Loving this place! The pool and gym are great. One of the only places I've found with a garage attached to the apartment. The customer service is amazing! After having some issues with my previous apartment complex this one was a world of difference. A leasing office that always answers the phones! When I came in with my dog they were happy to greet her and walked me through the whole leasing process. You can tell they care about their current and future residents!
Lived here for over 4 years and have had a good experience every year. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The maintenance team, especially Levi and Trent, are super responsive, helpful, and friendly! They usually respond within 24 hours after submitting a maintenance ticket. Would highly recommend as a place of residence.
