Kaitlyn is really AMAZING! She is very professional and always tries her best to meet residents' needs. Also, she is super friendly and nice. Citiplace apartment is very lucky to have her.
The staff was always there and willing to help. Majority, if not all, maintenance request was taken care of that day, and if it wasn't, was taken care of the next day. The complex was well taken care of, from the trash to the cleanliness of the pool and landscape. Very peaceful and loving community. Good pricing. The only issue was the constant bugs that would get within my apartment even after I complained, and the complex re-sealed it.
