As I’ve seen multiple other people on this review site post the same thing, it’s my duty to inform you this apartment complex is a SCAM. Firstly the whole place looks like the projects, except for the front office. The main reason this is a SCAM is that when you go to tour the apartment, they make you sign something saying you’re going to pay them $120 just for going look, without telling you. I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. The staff, maintenance, everyone that worked there was always so nice. Anytime I needed something fixed or replaced in my apartment, maintenance took care of it in less than 24 hours. The best experience. Couldn’t recommend a better complex to live in.
Horrible! I always paid rent on time and never had a complaint. YET I WAS EVICTED!!! I was charged by police with a crime that was completley dropped. Yet, the staff at Gates chose to evict based on the police accusaton. Go Anywhere but here! Gates claims that I never lived there. THAT IS A LIE. I LIVED THERE IN 2015.
