Gates and controls made my day yesterday. I have been doing business with them for at least 20 years and am NEVER disappointed. Yesterday I needed a key for customer nearby who was in a jam. Waqas was nice enough to get one out of another package for me. All the folks there are full of knowledge and friendly. And the owner Shawn is a Living Legend in the Industry. My hat is tipped.
