"While the insurance representative at Gates Agencies Ltd. was excellent and helpful, the same cannot be said for the front-end registration staff. My out-of-province inspection, which was only expired by two days, was flat-out refused for registration purposes. I got my leaners done here a year ago and with their machine down was told not to worry about it, not getting my card right away would be fine. It was not fine. Found out today that i've been driving without a learners, for months because they told me it was fine. Then went to get my lisense and was told i hve to wait another year cause i didnt get my photo id right away. When we told them, they told us it was our problem.
