On time very professional we had nothing but great experience
Highly recommend Gate Tec. We needed a new gate and operator. They had great prices and the guys working there are amazing. They rebuilt our gate frame, added an operator, antenna for the remotes and we have wifi access. Their whole crew from the office to field were awesome.
We have tech gate since 2016. We had an issue with our gate to the courtyard and they were able to fix the problem quickly. We are so happy with their expertise and we will call them in the future.....

Gate Tech has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was poor from the start, follow-ups were slow or nonexistent, and getting clear answers felt like pulling teeth. When issues came up, there was no urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve them in a timely or professional manner. For a company that provides a service people rely on, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable.
