Eric was very Helpful & Explained what the issue was.. Prompt & Polite..
Called Gate tech our to repair our gate and technician was very rude and no help. Also charged me a service call and never repaired my gate.
We are so glad to have discovered GATE TECH, INC. after our Viking opener stopped working. The company that installed our gate/opener years ago wouldn't call us back! Eric McLaughlin, Service Manager, came earlier than we thought and within 30 minutes our gate was fixed, adjusted, and works perfectly! GATE TECH, INC. is our "go to" company now.
