Gate Tech has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was poor from the start, follow-ups were slow or nonexistent, and getting clear answers felt like pulling teeth. When issues came up, there was no urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve them in a timely or professional manner. For a company that provides a service people rely on, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. Austen from Gate Tech Inc. came out today and worked on my gate that I had stopped using for over a year. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He let me know what it was going to cost if he had to replace different components. Then he started working on it and got it working for a lot less than I thought it would be. And it now works great.
We had Gate Tech out today to troubleshoot our community entrance keyboard. Gate Tech responded quickly by sending a tech and Austin the individual they sent quickly resolved the issue. He was very professional and communicated in detail the issue he found and his recommendations to solution. For our HOA it’s nice to know that if we have a problem there is a Company we can call that will quickly diagnose and repair our gate.
