Gate Tech has been professional and has provided top notch service when needed. Cooper serviced our system yesterday and he was wonderful. He is hard working and found out what issues our system was having and resolved them quickly. I would highly recommend Gate Tech and Cooper.
Austin took care of installing a control box out an association that we manage and did a great job. He was an A+ communicator and got the job done in time. Overall, Gate Tech has been solid to work with and I'd recommend them to community managers who need a gate service vendor.
We had lightning strike that fried our gate circuit board. Austin came out, was very helpful. Communicated with me about issues and tried to illuminate the issue from ever happening again. Highly recommended very fast and efficient.
