The company showed initial interest in our back gate project, and sent two (2) technicians to study the site. Proposals & designs would follow, I was told. Then, nothing. I made multiple calls trying to become a customer. Left messages and spoke with people who said someone would follow up. Crickets.
If I could give this company less than one star I would! This company installed a gate at my mother's property.Which in my opinion was done with poor workmanship (see picture) She has had intermittent issues with one of the two sides not opening all the way. They sent a technician out three times and found no issues. The second time they were here they installed new batteries which I can somewhat understand because of the age of the batteries. But to charge almost $400 to "diagnose" an issue and not find anything is absurd! ... read more
