The unit was very clean and dry, my items were in excellent condition when I collected them. The Staff are incredible! Very helpful in answering questions and ensuring that all my storage needs were met. This company deserves 5 stars!! Thank-You for all of your assistance.

I’ve been storing with them for a while and the rates are quite reasonable. They have always been very kind and helpful when I’ve needed assistance. Recently my lock failed and I was very happy they sell locks too. The lock prices were very reasonable. So much less expensive than a hardware store or the dreaded Amazon. Full stainless lock was less than $20.

Update on June 5 to 1 star from two after speaking with Derrick. Gate Keeper is managed by a husband and wife team (Nick and Barbara). Barb is personable and helpful. Nick not so much. I left Gate Keeper after many years thanks in part to Nick being cantankerous and belligerent with me. One example includes being yelled at for waiting for the gate to close. I didn't realize it was him behind me wanting out. Regardless, a little politeness goes a long way and management really should be following their own security protocol. ... read more
