I Called with a problem with my keypad (that wasn't installed by Gate-it) Kristen was so very helpful and sent me the manual that I needed.. Saved me so much STRESS !!! Thank You !! Mona

I called this company multiple times to come out for an estimate for a replacement gate. Finally, two weeks later two guys showed up and spoke with me. Neither one of them got out and actually looked at the gate. They drove out and NEVER even sent an estimate. We ended up going with another outfit for the gate. Apparently Gate-It isn't in need of a $3,000-4,000 jobs. Just incredibly unprofessional.

I can't even begin to express my disappointment in this company. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, recommending them, using them whenever I needed help with my gate. When I asked them for a quote to fix my gate the quote they gave me was more than the gate cost! They told me I needed new hinges and possibly a new post. 2 hinges and 1 reset of a post....$2,000.00!!!! My husband just died, they know this and yet they tell me this amount. They told me they were very busy, so they weren't willing to "come off that price... read more
