My sister and I originally booked the Holiday Inn off Robert T Longway for the Crim race this Saturday. Only to find out they immensely overbooked and canceled our reservation we made 8 months ago, the day of with no warning! We were referred to Wyndham and I am a THOUSAND times grateful for DJ and Shawn at the front desk. Not only were they suffering and clearly frustrated trying to assist already irritated clientele that were left out out by the IHG hotel, they handled themselves with grace, poise and kindness. DJ and Shaun at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They were both super helpful with getting our room figured out when our other hotel cancelled last minute. They were kind and polite even in a crappy situation. My sister and I were both grateful for all of their help! They are rockstars!
Great place, great customer service and very safe everyone was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying there God bless them all
