Room was very clean, check in was professional And efficient. Breakfast.. no plates,Had to go to the front desk to find someone.
Quiet and pleasant
I booked a room to stay here. They kept my deposit stating it was for a stained towel! 200$ for a towel? I asked for the corperate phone number and was told they did not have one. I was given the managers number, who didn't answer or return my call. The hot tub was cold and green. My children had rashes for 2 days after. The entire building was freezing during our stay, as if the heat was out. The front desk staff was rude and told me during check in the restaurant was closed due to a party, that was not true, the restaurant... read more
The room was spacious the bathrooms are large the TV is big and you can watch apps on it which is nice the breakfast was ok hash rowns eggs bagels and toast fresh fruit and yogurt with apple juice and cranberry juice late check out is an option for an extra $25 or very late check out for $50 which I thought was a lil pricey but at least an option
