The first brush on the right spins but it doesn't move into the car. It has been like this for more than 2 weeks. About a week or so ago, the floor mat machine stopped working. Don't they check their equipment occasionally?

You know I’ve enjoyed the experience for more than a year, have memberships for both mine and my wife’s suvs. However, today I pull in at 6:58 and two employees are putting cones out to close. Then I asked them nicely could they not let me through and they said they had to go ask someone else…while holding phones in hand they could’ve used to call said person.
