I go through a Gate carwash most days on my way home. I alternate 4 locations based on what side of town I'm coming from. This is the only location with a significant staffing issue. Other locations run smoothly and require little interaction with staff members. At this location, stop and go hand signals are a challenging part of their day.
Had a great experience at this location today! Chase made the signup for membership so easy! Erwin helped me remove an old sticker from another wash company. He actively looked for me after I went through the carwash to apply a solution of Goof-off to the stubborn adhesive. It worked perfectly. Happy I made the switch to Gate.
