Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! A part of my side mirror came off, and I was able to ask for help if they could find it in the car wash, and I was immediately helped by a young man and he even helped me put it back on my car. 1000/10 service

Literally my first non 5 star review ever, which I wouldn’t have done if the employees would have given me a name or number or email to the leadership of this location to share my experience for a training opportunity. Asked two employees on April 18th, at 12:55pm if the gate wash could be touch-less as google advertised the location could be a touch-less wash. Took my 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe through this carwash. Filed a report for scratches that happened during the wash. They are trying to say they have video evidence the scratches were there. Fine. Send it to me(because I know they weren’t). They won’t. They will only send it to my insurance company if I file a claim(which they know I don’t want to because I don’t want a claim on my insurance if it wasn’t my fault).
