Had a great experience at this location today! Chase made the signup for membership so easy! Erwin helped me remove an old sticker from another wash company. He actively looked for me after I went through the carwash to apply a solution of Goof-off to the stubborn adhesive. It worked perfectly. Happy I made the switch to Gate.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! A part of my side mirror came off, and I was able to ask for help if they could find it in the car wash, and I was immediately helped by a young man and he even helped me put it back on my car. 1000/10 service

Literally my first non 5 star review ever, which I wouldn’t have done if the employees would have given me a name or number or email to the leadership of this location to share my experience for a training opportunity. Asked two employees on April 18th, at 12:55pm if the gate wash could be touch-less as google advertised the location could be a touch-less wash.
