Water and soap we're not coming out properly. As well as brushes not really making contact on car in front of me, figuring same 4 me. Easy in and out and gas station next door is great

$15 for a car wash and it’s not like I have bugs on my windshield just a couple spots you ask a question and they always want you upgrade instead of saying will spray before you come through the wash Don’t waste your money here
I recently went through this car was in my BMW and while i was paying i decided to splurge for the bug removal add on, which was a big mistake. Part of the bug removal is the attendant using his pressure washer on the front of your car and presumably the windshield. While he did that to my windshield he got way too close and cracked my windshield pretty bad. The manager called me and said that she couldn’t see the crack but she saw me pointing towards the area for them to clean it but i only pointed there after he cracked it... read more
Wasn't impressed with the wash. Clean facility and great vacuums but the wash itself left more to be desired. Missed section of the rear of the car, windshield, and front of car had all the bug spots. Yes, I understand there was a $3 bug removal option I could have chosen however that should be included in what is considered washing the car, not an upgrade. Won't be returning and don't recommend.
