Wasn't impressed with the wash. Clean facility and great vacuums but the wash itself left more to be desired. Missed section of the rear of the car, windshield, and front of car had all the bug spots. Yes, I understand there was a $3 bug removal option I could have chosen however that should be included in what is considered washing the car, not an upgrade. Won't be returning and don't recommend.
I drive a 2016 Toyota Tundra. Went thru their wash last week & truck came out like this. Major piece of hood trim torn off. They went back inside the wash & found it. It was destroyed & not reusable.The manager took pics & my info & said the company would get back with me about the damage.. It took 6 days & the did denying any responsibility. Free car wash for my birthday. Regularly a $34 car wash. Fantastic job, thanks so much.
Wash was great only got 4 stars because the vacuum cleaner sucked up a charging cord we put in a request to call when they found it that evening, never got a call the cord was nearly 3 ft. long no reason it was not found
Truck was filthy when I arrived, clean when I left.
