I believe that gate Express car Wash are excellent and reasonable and are the best car washes in Jacksonville. However the only flaw is that you all do not have a members only lane. So we're forced to sit there and wait for customers who don't know what they're doing holding up the lines trying to pay for their car wash. But if there was a member only line then you all would be the best in the country!!!!
Horrible! I have been a member with gate carwash express for over a year. I purchased the silver package, which is $20. For the past 3 months, I have been overcharged $40, 3 times on top of the $20 for my real membership. I contacted corporate in april for the first $40, I asked to have it credited to my account. Then last month I was charged $20 for my silver membership. A week later I was charged $40 again, so I went to the actual location I signed up at because the corporate office was closed. They are all wonderful except W Peyton parkway site MGR David ruins it been a member since it started on Emerson and go 3 times a week and now told my truck is to wide at 1 out of every one in town. David is very rude and has horrible customer service great place terrible employee
Good car wash, but bad on customer service and getting help with charges for non use of service. It seems that once you get a car wash and they give you a sticker for your car, it's an automatic renewal without anyone explaining it to you. Now, I'm trying to contact a manager and yet has come across anyone from the St Johns car washes who can tell me who the manager(s) is.
On Dec 27, 2020 at 2 PM I visited this Gate car wash. I have been a monthly member of this carwash for approximately two to three years now . I paid monthly for a Diamond Car wash package. As I pulled up to the entrance of the carwash, I asked the attendant to spray the front of my car with some extra soap because I had just returned from a long drive and I had several bugs splattered on the front of my car .
