Want to the gate express car wash on old Middleburg road. Today went through a puddle of mud. Earlier in the week got all over the wheel. Well and the side of the vehicle I asked the watermelon felon to please take the wand and clean it off.He flat out refused and said we don't do that here. BEWARE. Everytime you drive your car into the car wash, you are 100% responsible to fix it if something happens to your vehicle. This car wash will NOT show you images or video of your car entering the tunnel if you need to claim for a broken part. They closed my claim without showing proof of damages before I drove my car into the tunnel. That's very convenient. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. That's over. I have been a loyal Gate Express customer for over 7 years with memberships covering four vehicles, including a , 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited, 2019 Corvette Grand Sport Driver Series, a 2022 Ford Raptor, and a 2019 Mini Cooper S Countryman. Aside from this specific location, I have generally had positive experiences with other Gate locations and gas stations.
