Absolutely amazing company. Ann in the office is so knowledgeable and nice. Quick, efficient, and always gets the job done right and faster than expected.
The gate company has been great to work with. They are very transparent on pricing. They are flexible on timeline when we have to wait for extended time periods on approvals from our corporate office. They are prompt on their service and have even gone above and beyond to fix other minor issues that may have not been on the service ticket.
I called the Gate Co. because our gate keypad would not open the gate. The technician came two times and was on time, well-mannered but did NOT fix the problem. After several hundred dollars we are no better off than we were to start with.
Recently had a residential gate opener installed. Very satisfied. Would use again.
