I would have to agree - we first requested a quote in January, finally received it in May and approved the project - as of July 20th we still cannot get them to come out to do the job. We are looking for a new glass company to repair our curtain walls now.
A horrible Company make sure you get a estimate I saved over half by calling other glass dealers. And their customer service skills are very bad.
