I got there for my 9:30 appointment at 9. The clerk couldn't figure out my insurance. After 40 minutes and multiple calls and faces had been sent from my insurance company I was told I'd have to leave and make a new appointment. I arrived at 2 for my new 2:30 appointment. I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby to get x rays. I then had my teeth measured. And waited for over an hour for the dentist to come in and tell me they were getting ready to close so they wouldn't be doing my cleaning. I will NEVER go to any Aspen dental ... read more
Had such a great experience with the sweet ladies at Gate City Dental!! The facility was very clean and welcoming and the staff were excellent. From the front desk ladies to the hygienists to the dentists, everyone was extremely pleasant :) Looking forward to returning in the future!
