Excellent customer service
Wait times are ridiculous! There were 3 people supposedly working and only one helping a customer in the bank. I went to the drive thru and still waited for over 15 minutes to get assistance from the same one person that was assisting the customer at the counter.
Gate City Bank is the best! They are great communicating with their customers, very friendly! We are doing more business with Gate City Bank! Very excited about the future! Darryl J and Chelse K are phenomenal!
Staff is always super friendly
