Poor service - after my gate was installed, scratches appeared from the rollers. The company inspected it but then sent me an invoice alleging it was from bird droppings, which I don’t accept. When I later called for a spare key they said I was ‘blocked’ and they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t pay that invoice. Completely unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend
Worst post install customer service I've ever encountered And it's still under warranty
We had a technical issue with our electric gate installed around 6 months ago and Gate Boys were quick to come out and fix it - great job, professional outfit. Highly recommend
Had quote done to install 4 metre wide gate (2 x 2 metre sections), 1.8 metre high with same colourbond aluminium fencing panels as rest of yard. Quote came back at over $5000, went to a fencing business in Port Kennedy and only cost $2400 fully installed though I did have to source and supply the aluminium fence panelling.
I had a very good experience with Gateboys from the selection of design through to the installation and handover. Each one of Gateboys staff, led by Brett, were professional, well mannered and a pleasure to have at my property. They worked hard to get the job done and did a great job. Thank you to each of you. Thanks to Mandy who helped me through the start of the process.
