First of all lack of communication when I first called. I asked for a service call and the gentleman that came , told me it was an estimation. After looking at my unit ,which he was not at all familiar with …. (a Panasonic, )he proceeded to try different things like unscrewing a few screws only to put back the same screws , as he did not know how to remove the part that needed to be only cleaned! Finally he decided to vacuum the unit and charge me $206 for the service call. I will never use this company again , totally dissa... read more

We recently purchased a unit from GATD located in mt-tremblant n we are entirely satisfied with it... Antoine, the sales rep, has been referred to a few friends n also was able to repair a competitor's unit...who was told by original vendor that it was unrepairable!
