I had purchased a handgun (SW Shield) from them and was happy with everything that is involved with the purchase especially the employees. Unfortunately when I got home, I had noticed the front sight was on an angle and coming out. I called and talked with Jay and agreed to come back (30 min ride back from Chicago) so they can take a look at it. They came to tell me the firearm was damaged and they would have to send it back to SW. Jay was and everyone else involved offered to have it sent out to be replaced, but a long wait... read more
Horrible experience! For an establishment that is in business because of the 2nd Amendment, you'd think they'd stand up and fight for all rights. Not the case. I was not allowed on the property. GAT Guns allows you to shoot a gun but only if you don't have a disability.
great place nice atmosphere excellent service great people
.223 was advertised as 'no limit'. When you get to the shelf there is a sign 'limit 3 per FOID. Most sales people were gun snobs too.
Great service, knowledgeable people. Great products. And Great range.
