This company should be ashamed of their product. They sent us a VERY expensive chair that took a long time to make. We were patient, but when it arrived, there were unsightly black marks in the grain of the wood. it should never have passed quality control. When we complained, they did NOTHING about it. Before you purchase from these people, be aware of their poor quality control. And their lack of response to the issue. The retailer was very apologetic and helped, but Gat Creek was not even responsive to them!
