I managed to buy a kit consisting of a Boiler, Flue and Filter at a great price and they delivered the very next day- Personally with one of their own vans. Very pleased with the service and the swiftness of the team in processing my order. My own heating engineer fitted the very next day- Heating all working and so far so good. A big thanks to the team at Gasworld.

I had a bad experience here. Customer service has really gone absent. Yes I can explain, but I was called deluded by your staff and fobbed off. I've spent £1000s at your store, so don't expect this kind of treatment. I'm loyal when I find a good place, but unfortunately for your business, I'm going to shop around next time I buy stuff, which is quite often.
