Did some showroom work here for Lee. Spent two days putting in a display. A well stocked store. Nothing is to much trouble for Lee. A top bloke. Free tea and coffee on offer. This place has everything you need. And if they haven't got it they will bend over backwards to get it. Would definitely recommend.
I didn't expect to walk into a local plumber's merchant and receive such great customer service! Val seemed to know exactly what I needed so a massive thank you to him. I was so unsure of what I needed to get when I first walked in and if I'm honest I felt a bit out of my depth but after my endless list of questions, I was pleased with the outcome and will now be able to update my bathroom to fit my ideal image. Such a great shop to have locally. A real help to those of us like myself whose DIY skills are average to poor. Unlike big chains, these guys know their stuff and are happy to offer advice for how to complete jobs as well as what parts or tools might be required. A special shout out and thank you to Val who has served me on the last couple of occasions and offered no end of good advice. These are exactly the sort of shops we need to be supporting.
I desperately needed a part yesterday afternoon. Jaedan from Gasworld Ruislip promised to research it - and call me back asap. He phoned round the branches, sorted out what I needed and phoned me back very efficiently. He was really helpful and a great communicator. I got my job done. Thanks Jaedan.
Val showed above and beyond help, he was very thorough with explaining the multitude of issues i have with my bathroom and was very knowledgable of how to solve these issues. I will definitely shop here again.
