We first met John on a bitterly cold night in Jan 2021 when our boiler had broken down and our British Gas repair service people were on strike. He came out to us as an emergency and got the heating back on quickly with a temporary repair then returned the next day to do a permanent fix. Following that we hired him at our new property to trace and repair a ceiling leak, which British Gas had been unable to find and then, as we had trust in him, we asked him to replace/install new bathrooms and ensuites and a complete new cen... read more
