I’m in heaven! Yesterday I ate gluten-free Maamoul (Lebanese cookies stuffed with dates) for the first time in 9 years and it tasted better than the gluten ones!! I know my emotions maybe doubled eating something that was banned for life, but I gave one cookie to my wife and her eyes lit up and gave me two thumbs up!
