I recently had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy at Gastromedicine, (15th May) and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring. It was my first time having anaesthetic, and I was quite nervous, but everyone made me feel completely at ease, particularly the nurses and anethetisit in the theater roon. My experience at Rosebud Endoscopy was nothing short of brilliant. I was nervous about getting a gastroscopy and colonoscopy done but all the admin, nursing and theatre staff made this so much easier. The anaesthetist Yogi was fantastic as everyone usually struggles to find my vein but he didn't have any issues and made me feel at ease. Very uncomfortable that this organisation did the right assessment. Had me attend a gastroscope twice the second to supposedly remove some polyps which could have been removed at the original session - an extra cost of $900 plus. Suggest you clarify actual costs and receive full reports of findings.
