I really like Dr. Bortman. However, since I started to go to him, it takes multiple phone calls to make an appointment or ask a question since they have gone to automation. I had to make three phone calls, each one on hold for more than 20 minutes. I had to hang up the first two tries. On the third try, I was able to speak to somebody after 20 minutes or so. Dr. Bortman is knowledgeable and kind. But since his practice has grown it takes 3 weeks or so to see him instead of the 3 days when I first saw him. I would give him a ... read more
Dr. Bortman has been treating me since 2014. Wonderful doctor, very attentive, doesn't try to fix me with pills like my last GI doc. Highly recommend!
