Dr. Novak is very nice. Examination he went through everything with me. Very knowledgeable.. Great experience. And his staff is very, very nice. I was at the Malverne location.
Dr. Novak and his staff are fantastic! They make you feel comfortable and are very warm and friendly! Sara is a wonderful person with a lovely smile and was very accomodating when I asked for particular scheduling times and date. I see the doctor in the Wantagh office and I am very comfortable with everyone working there.
Everyone I dealt with, the front desk, nurses, and doctor, was approachable and professional.
