I thought my first nurse was lovely. Emily(?). She was kind & helpful. The nurse that was present when i woke up was another story. She was rude to me, wanted to dress me and was going to stay in the room when i had to use the bathroom! She left at my instance, but left the door open! I had a an 11:15 appointment, but was waiting for quite some time. The doctor was excellent.
Getting ready for the colonoscopy was much better than my last one. Everything was timely when I arrived at the office. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you.
Staff was very professional,informative, understanding and very personable. Felt very comfortable, and staff interacted with me and made me feel extremely at ease.
