I went here last year for help with intermittent pain in my stomach. It took them a week to call me back, and the person who called me was disrespectful. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't know which building in the medical park it was. I called the main number and the jerk on the phone told me the same address I already had (there's multiple buildings at the address). Scheduled an appointment for a colonoscopy but was told that I had to have someone wait with me at the facility during the procedure. Being new to the area, I could find one person able to pick me up but not to wait at the facility for several hours. The office was unwilling to make an accommodation. Clearly this office is more concerned about liability then they are in patient health and service. Disappointing.

I recently switched to the Forest location for its convenience and established care with Nurse Practitioner Adrianna Nottingham. I was very pleased with her bedside manner—she truly listened and made me feel heard, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team, from the friendly front desk staff to Nurse Emily, who checked me in, made my visit a positive experience. I look forward to continuing my care at this location!

Update: It ended up being worth the wait to see Dr Bradenham, he is excellent in his care. I wish I could leave the appointment process reviewed at 2 stars but he was so wonderful. It takes 2 months and various rounds of phone tag to even schedule an appointment, your voicemails wont be returned, and then they call you and push your appointment back a month with zero explanation or even empathy.

Staff very pleasant & professional. Joshua Hughes was VERY thorough in his assessment & explained his thought process in reviewing my history and lab work. He explained the procedures to be done in detail. My concerns about anesthesia were well addressed. UPDATE Saw dr less than 5 minutes before procedure & none after. Now personal physician wants me to check with him on specific question. Have no confidence in dr, have not called him. He scanned, read the scan, and provided short written report. PA Joshua was GREAT however!
