Dreadful experience with rude doctors and schedulers. I honestly cannot name one thing I felt satisfied with or comfortable with at this location.

Terrible experience, rude doctors, and they will not listen to you when you explain your problems. Would not recommend visiting here and finding another place to go. The biggest thing with doctors is having them listen to your concerns which the doctors here do not do. They do not care, you are just another number to them. If you want continual visits with absolutely no next steps, a plan, or change to your problems, go here. If you want to actually get help with your problems, go somewhere else.

I went there, after 2 ER visits for my son. He had bloody diarrhea. We saw NP Hardion, and she was clueless. I had to tell her which labs to draw and to even listen to his bowel sounds! She ordered labs, and my son was in the ER the next day. He was diagnosed there, after 8 hours. I called for a follow up and requested a different doctor. The front desk receptionist was rude . I went here last year for help with intermittent pain in my stomach. It took them a week to call me back, and the person who called me was disrespectful. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't know which building in the medical park it was. I called the main number and the jerk on the phone told me the same address I already had (there's multiple buildings at the address). Scheduled an appointment for a colonoscopy but was told that I had to have someone wait with me at the facility during the procedure. Being new to the area, I could find one person able to pick me up but not to wait at the facility for several hours. The office was unwilling to make an accommodation. Clearly this office is more concerned about liability then they are in patient health and service. Disappointing.
