They were trying to illegally withhold active duty military patient records hostage. My husband and his healthcare team have been trying since Jan 2nd to get his records. Do NOT go here. The level of unprofessionalism of the practice is just completely baffling. I saw a great NP here for an initial appointment, but otherwise this place is horrible. Good luck getting anyone on the phone! I called numerous times the week before and days before a procedure that they never confirmed and never sent the prescription for to my pharmacy.
