I just got off the phone trying to set up a follow-up appointment the hospital gave me for my mother.Right out the gate they wouldn't set an appointment without her insurance info.I didn't have it on hand.She is a retired railroad employee with great insurance. You have to fill out paperwork when you go to the office anyway but it sure seems like this doctor has prioritized lining his wallet before even seeing you.
