I made a call to them and it took a while to get to speak to someone...which was fine. But when I asked for information re the gap fee she asked me for my phone number then hung up on me. Not impressed. Immediately after I gave her my number she just said goodbye and the phone was dead. I tried to asked her a questions but she hung up. Umm not impressed.
Superb experience. Incredibly friendly, highly professional and genuinely caring and conscientious staff. Starting at reception, to the nurses and then Dr Antonio Lee and Dr Jessica Taylor. Both medical professionals were beyond amazing and thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much
An excellent day hospital with exceptional service! Dr. Kasi is very experienced Gastroenterologist who keeps her patients well informed about the procedure/treatment being provided. The nursing staff is also very reliable and provide good care. Highly recommended !
Dr Worthley is possibly one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. It is such a shame that he is supported by administration staff that are completely incompetent and make returning or recommending GIE an impossibility. To the 'admin supervisor' who told me they would call me straight back, it's now Day 3 and I am still waiting for that call, not holding my breath!
