I am deeply appalled with the way the staff has treated me as a patient. From the moment I called I dealt with nothing but rudeness. I tried to be as patient as possible while the woman on the other end of the line practically interrogated me when asking for my personal information. I was trying to schedule an appointment for a Colonoscopy, but soon realized that maybe she needed the Colonoscopy more than I did. The doctors there are good, very good, I will say that., but is it worth putting up with their rude staff? They are over the top about the HIPPA laws, and treat you as if its an interrogation when inquiring about your recent blood work or appointments. I do not believe they give messages to their doctors in a timely manner, nor care if a situation is urgent, nor know how to flag a message as urgent, after all its not happening to them.
