The staff here are very friendly and good at there jobs. It is very clean and sterile. They have their own endoscopy center right in the same area as the office. I took a picture so be sure and look at it. The staff up front are helpful as well. I checked in with Amy and she is so sweet! She makes sure all information is up to date and check in is easy. 2nd time for a visit and had endoscopy. Service was good, staff was nice and polite, I can't spell my dr name but I felt very safe and she helped my problem.
They are great.. they really care about their patients.
Care was fine provider and nurses were all professional but DO NOT PAY ANY BILL on day of procedure like me. I paid 2 years ago with a CREDIT CARD 135.23 for what was ordered as my 5 year routine colonoscopy. This was found to be in error (See attached bill of 1460 with insurance adjusting and paying 1460) okay mistakes happen I called a refund was issued problem solved. Now 2 years later I am receiving a bill for a bounced check again I did not write a check and as you an see this is a FRESH bill with a date from 3 days ago... read more
