As a new patient I expect there to be some time that is required to fill out paperwork, verify insurance information, and such. When you are asked to graciously accommodate the staff by coming in 30 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time, out of respect you do this. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out, you will never find a group of people as friendly and caring. Everyone is so kind. Dr. Buchner and Dr. Brundage are a cut above the rest when it comes to patient care. They also have amazing Nurse Practitioners who really care about what they do. You will not find a better GI practice in this area!
My husband had a colonoscopy scheduled and had to takeoff from work and the nurse and doctor gave my husband such a hard time about filling out papers that they were supposed to fill out the first time he showed up... my husband and I will no longer have anything to do with this place or the doctors we will find somewhere else to go where they treat you with respect and kindness..
