After waiting 3 months to see Dr. Erkanda Ikonomi my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday November 14, 2023 at 9:40am. I arrived to my appointment at 9:15 and waited until 10:30 and still wasn’t seen. Dr. Ikonomi never came out to tell me she was running late, nor did she send a message to me. I got a refund and scheduled another appointment with a different Doctor for the very next day. I see why this Office has very low ratings.
