Dr. James Walden is the best doctor I have ever visited. EVER. His calming nature coupled with his mastery over his profession is unparalleled. I felt that I had his complete attention, and he was in no hurry whatsoever during my appointment. In addition, every member of the office that I have interacted with has been top notch. I would NEVER visit another gastroenterologist, and for anyone looking for such services you will not find a better doctor. Period.
Couldn't get a callback about a serious condition when I was a patient so I went elsewhere. However, they were sure to call and try to set up a colonoscopy months later after I told them I was going somehwere else. I thought the doctor was fine but the front desk I found to be dangerously incompetent.
