I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack organization and professionalism from the front desk staff. Office staff called me to come in and sign paperwork for procedure. Their offices close at 5pm and I get off work at 4:30pm. I told them I will have to leave work early to be there before they close and they said it would be ok to come in so long as it is not 5pm or later. I had a great experience in this office. NP Raul saw my mom here annd patiently explained all of her test results as well as answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
I get referred to a gastro center to to my endoscopy @may 2025 and I arrive to my appoiment. Today on june 20th 2026 just for them to tell me they no longer receive patients from this doctor. Since november 2025 and I go to the office 2 months before the appoiment and talk to Patricia and they dont notify me. Some BS the way they handle their patients.🤬
