Horrible service. You can call 100 times in a day and they WILL NOT get back to you. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient! If you have any questions or concerns at all, you will be sent to voicemail even if you have the receptionist’s extension number. This place needs to hire more CSR’s it’s embarrassing and unprofessional to be a specialist clinic and don’t have enough staff to answer the phone!!!!
One issue. forget calling. Link to confirm appointment does not work and never answer the phone. I tried three days different times and zip.
We scheduled an appointment for a month away but then we needed to reschedule but nobody answers the phone!!! The appointment desk is always busy and send you to voicemail. We have called and left several messages but nobody calls you back. Not sure how anybody runs their business this way.....
Scheduled online for an appointment on a Friday that was about 3 weeks away, which was sooner than any other place i had checked. A couple days before the appointment their office called me and informed me that the Dr is only there on Wednesdays, so I'm not sure why their website even allowed me to schedule for a Friday. Their next available appointment is about two months out.
